The Prevnar 13 Pneumococcal Booster is now covered by Medicare. It is recommended by our Medical Director for all residents. A consent form was included in your February billing for residents to receive this booster. Please sign and return.

This anonymous phone line is intended to be used by both employees and families for the sole purpose of providing confidential positive/negative information, comments, suggestions, or feedback on daily operations of this facility. For our residents safety, we occasionally change the keypad code for our exit doors. Any staff member can tell you the code or assist you in leaving the building. Please do not share the code with the residents and make sure residents do not follow you out when you leave - not everyone is safe to be outside without staff.

Our Medical Director, Dr. Josh Baker, is recommending all residents have a vaccination for whooping cough and shingles if they have not recently had one. Stop in to sign a consent form if you would like your resident to have one or both.
