5/1/2020 Warm Weather Update: With nice weather approaching the Activity Department will be taking residents outside to enjoy the warmer temperatures. Please remember our visitor restrictions are still in place. Our first priority has and always will be our residents' health and well-being. Please do not approach residents while outside. Thank you.

March 27th Update

We are currently following guidelines set by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control), CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid), Iowa and Cerro Gordo Departments of Public Health. As a part of these infection control procedures, we continue to restrict visitors except for medical personnel and end-of-life situations. These visitors must pass screening protocols as do all employees at the beginning of their shift. The residents are being screened daily as well for any signs and symptoms of infection.

We continue to be grateful for the cooperation of the community, family members, staff and especially the residents. Protecting their health and well-being is our top priority and they have adapted to our “new normal” better than we could have hoped for.

Please feel free to call if you have any questions or concerns – the CO-VID 19 situation is evolving so quickly that we are monitoring websites and receiving updates hourly and daily from the entities listed above. Thank you for your support and kindness in these challenging times.
